It's easy to qualify for free shipping with IW! Just select the free shipping option during checkout on orders over $75. Shipments under $75 qualify for a $6.99 flat rate for shipping. Delivery will be provided by UPS or GLS, depending on your location.

The Following Restrictions Apply:

• Available for orders shipped to the contiguous United States only (excludes AK, HI, and international orders)
• Excludes PO boxes & APO addresses
• Excludes oversized items like goals, trainers, and wheeled bags, which must ship separately. These items are marked on the product page as "oversized item".
• Excludes dropshipped items that ship directly from the manufacturer. These items are marked on the product page as "dropshipped item - ships for free".
